- Nashua River Trail Description
The Nashua River Trail is approximately 0.25 miles one way, and you will return on the same path. The terrain is flat and relatively level. The Nashua River Trail is part of a larger regional trail network in the Oxbow National Wildlife Refuge and Ayer, Harvard, Shirley and Devens. The creation of the Trail and interpretive sign was supported by a grant from the Nashua Rivers Wild & Scenic Stewardship Council.
Please be aware of the trail rules. You are on Former Fort Devens property and there is potential for Unexploded Ordinance to be found. If you find anything suspicious, please report it to the Devens Fire Department. Stay on the on the trail for your safety and to protect sensitive habitats and wildlife in the area.
