AN ACT CREATING THE DEVENS ENTERPRISE COMMISSION

SECTION 25. Residents Vote

The residents of Devens who are entitled to vote, shall be entitled to vote in all federal, state, local and regional elections and, in the case of local elections, shall be entitled to vote in the Town in which their residence is located.
